Event badges
The badge opens the account they keep.
Import the registration list. Each person gets a link at the email they used to register, confirms the profile, and meets people with a badge QR or a BŪP Band. The account, the event, and the connections stay after the room clears.
Import the list
Name, email, phone, title, and company. BŪP opens an account for each person and tags it to the event. The spreadsheet is only what the organizer had.
They confirm it
A link goes to the registration email. They set a password and update anything that was stale before they walk into the room.
Connect in the room
A badge QR or a BŪP Band opens that same profile. Someone else scanning it saves the contact. The badge is claimed only while that attendee is signed in.
Keep it after
The account does not expire with the name badge. The event tag and the networking data stay, and the organizer can still see who connected.
Same profile, two ways to share it
The QR is on the badge. The Band is on the wrist.
Both open the profile that was started from registration. The person they meet can view it without downloading an app. Claiming the badge or Band happens only from the attendee’s own signed-in session.
